Creating a country forum

I've created a country forum in order to be use for anyone in the country and not only for the democratic party people. Now we can use this to talk abuot the country issues, but later on it woud be apropiate to keep this forum for the party affairs and use others for the country ones.
If anyone has a paper, could you anounce it?
I think it will be great to include the forum link in the welcome message for new citizens.
